Top Michigan Wedding Venues I Loved Photographing in 2025

Michigan has so many beautiful venues all across the state. After wrapping up the busiest part of my wedding season, I wanted to share a list of my favorite venues I photographed at this year. Below are my top 6 locations from 2025.

Of the Land

Of the Land in Allegan, Michigan feels like a hidden gem tucked away in West Michigan. It’s a working farm surrounded by tall grasses, gardens, and golden fields that glow beautifully during sunset. The property has such a calm, organic feel, and everything from the greenhouse to the open meadow creates the perfect setting for soft, romantic photos. It offers an outdoor ceremony space under a large tree and indoor reception located inside one of their greenhouses. This venue is perfect for both Summer and Fall weddings.

Ivy House

Ivy House in Saugatuck is such a fun and unique spot to photograph. The main greenhouse has tons of natural light, and the glass walls make every photo feel bright and airy. Outside, there are pretty gardens, string lights, and cozy spots for guests to hang out. The whole space has a laid-back but modern vibe that’s perfect for couples who want something a little different while still feeling elegant.

Venue3Two

Venue3Two located just outside downtown Grand Rapids is such a stunning place with a mix of classic and modern details. The historic mansion has big windows, tall ceilings, and so many beautiful spots for photos both inside and out. The outdoor space is just as pretty, with open lawns and gardens that look amazing during golden hour. It’s one of those venues that feels elegant without being too formal. Perfect for couples who want a timeless, romantic setting.

Glass House Community

Glass House Community in Zeeland is such a bright and beautiful space to photograph. The all-glass greenhouse lets in tons of natural light, so every photo feels soft and airy no matter the weather outside. The space has a modern, minimal feel with clean lines and lots of greenery, perfect for couples who love a simple, elegant vibe. Glass House Community offers both an indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony and reception. There is also a barn on the property that acts as a cocktail space and dance floor.

Mission Table

Mission Table in Traverse City is such a charming venue with that perfect Up North feel. The historic estate sits right along Grand Traverse Bay, offering beautiful water views and incredible sunsets. The property has a mix of elegant indoor spaces and scenic outdoor spots that photograph beautifully from the large lawn to the shoreline. It’s ideal for couples who want a relaxed Northern Michigan setting with timeless character.

Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club

Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club in Clarkston is a gorgeous wedding venue with plenty of scenic spots for photos. The inside venue is elegant with glass walls all around and the outside ceremony space feels extra grand with the fountain in the center. Whether you’re looking for wide-open landscapes for sunset photos or cozy corners for intimate moments, Shepherd’s Hollow gives couples versatility and timeless beauty for their big day.
