When searching for a video option for my wedding, I was looking for something that was fun, simple, and a little bit nostalgic. That's how CamCo was created.
If you're someone who can't wait to see all the videos your loved ones captured on their phones throughout your wedding day, then CamCo is perfect for you.
We provide you with two camcorders that are ready to go, so all you need to do is turn them on and start filming. Once your wedding festivities are over, simply send the camcorders back to us, and we'll upload all of the unedited clips and create a highlight video with all of the best moments.
THE PROCESS
01. RESERVE YOUR KIT
To reserve your kit, you’ll need to sign a contract and pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit. We’ll send you a brief form to gather information about your event. Please consider where you want the kit mailed to and who will be responsible for returning it.
02. RECEIVE YOUR KIT
Your kit will arrive one day before your event. For instance, if your wedding is on Saturday, your kit will arrive on Friday at the latest, giving you enough time to pack and transport them to your event location. The camcorders will arrive fully charged and ready to go!
03. FILMING YOUR EVENT
All of our kits come with a user guide that provides instructions on how to use the cameras and tips for capturing moments throughout the day. The guide also contains a QR code you’re able to share with friends and family, you’re videographers for the day. The amount and type of footage you capture is entirely up to you!
04. MAILING YOUR KIT BACK
All kits must be mailed back by the first business day after your event. For instance, if your wedding was on Saturday, you must mail the kit back by Monday. If your bachelorette party ended on Monday, you would need to mail the kit back on Tuesday. All of our kits come with a prepaid label for return shipping.
05. YOUR FOOTAGE
Once we receive the kits, we upload and organize the unedited footage within 24 hours. The footage is stored online for one year, and you can also request a flash drive of your video clips. To ensure that the footage is not lost or accidentally formatted, we ask that you leave the memory cards in the camera after filming.
06. HIGHLIGHT VIDEO
Your edited video will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your event date. For bachelorette parties, we make an effort to match the theme of your event to make it more enjoyable. Your video will be 2-3 minutes long. The more video footage you provide, the more we will have to work with when editing your film.

Every highlight video is different! I’ll look through your footage and pick out the key moments captured throughout your day.

Once the cameras have been mailed back to us and I have confirmed that nothing is missing, the unedited footage will be uploaded and organized online. All footage will be uploaded within 24 hours of receiving the footage.

CamCo is not intended to replace a professional videographer or photographer. Instead, It’s designed to be passed around between you and your friends to capture a unique perspective of your day. There's a nostalgic feeling to holding a camcorder and filming moments that may otherwise be forgotten. It’s a candid and authentic way to film a wedding day or bachelorette.

To reserve your cameras, you will need to sign a contract and place a deposit. The final payment is due 7 days before your CamCo kit is mailed out.
